Chief of Staff at Condé Nast

Samantha (Sam) Morgan is an experienced Chief of Staff and transformation leader who has served in the role, supporting four CEOs at three different companies. Currently, Sam is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Condé Nast and has worked to unify the company’s U.S. and International operations. Sam also oversees the Transformation and Delivery team focused on identifying and implementing synergy and growth opportunities across the business.

Before that, Sam served as Chief of Staff and Transformation Officer at Pandora, where she led a broadscale initiative to optimize the company’s cost structure and acted as the Pandora leads on the company’s acquisition by SiriusXM. During her tenure at Pandora, Sam supported multiple CEOs, including CEO and Co-Founder Tim Westergren, and interim CEO Naveen Chopra. Sam has 20+ years of experience guiding companies through significant periods of change, having held senior executive, transformation, and communications roles at Grammarly, Pandora, Levi Strauss, Charles Schwab, and DIRECTV. She holds a B.A. in Communications Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
