Smitha Massey

Smitha Massey is a seasoned professional in talent management and learning development, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Talent Management at Condé Nast since November 2023. Prior to this, Smitha held the position of Head of Learning, Inclusion & Leadership at BBC Studios from June 2020 to November 2023, where leadership was directed towards developing skills and fostering diversity across a global workforce of approximately 4,000 employees. Smitha's experience also includes a role as Global Capability & Communications Director at Getronics, and a series of leadership positions at BT from 2003 to 2019, focusing on learning, capability development, and talent transformation for a large employee base.
