Matthew DeMaio

Matthew DeMaio has had a varied career, beginning with their service in the United States Marine Corps from 2004-2011, where they worked as a U.S. Marine Sergeant and Infantry Squad Leader. From 2011-2013 they were the Director of Sales for NJR Group LLC, followed by a Technical Consultant role at Cablevision from 2013-2015. In 2015, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Condition One Nutrition. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Support for Elemental Path, where they maintained the support department, provided excellent customer interaction and solutions to customer issues, and achieved KPIs of the business. During their time in this role, they brought efficiencies of once touch resolution tickets from 65% to 89% in a six-month period, and lowered first reply time from 32 hours to under 10 hours and median resolution time 48 hours to 12 hours.

Matthew DeMaio attended Bergen Community College from 2008 to 2010.
