Summary of Job Duties

Condley and Company, LLP is hiring both Associates (entry-level) and Seniors (2+ years experience) for its Estate and Trust department.

Estate & Trust staff with Condley and Company receive hands-on training, work closely with other members of the tax team, and gain experience with diverse projects and clientele from week one. As you engage with client work and complex situations, you will learn the processes of public accounting and have the opportunity to add value to our clients and their businesses.

Estate & Trust staff:

  • Prepare estimates, projections, and tax returns with a focus on estate and trust

  • Organize work papers, maintain an open items list, and conduct a self-review of their work before submission to the reviewer

  • Analyze and interpret detailed information and research according to client circumstances

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with appropriate accounting hours
  • Foundational understanding of tax law
  • Authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship
