Scott joined forces with Jeff in 2009 with a mutual passion for real estate and recognition of the need for innovation within the industry. As condo dwellers and real estate investors themselves, they knew there had to be a better way. Today, Scott leads the new development division and is responsible for the industry-leading execution of each and every project we take on. Scott has played a critical role in each Condo Culture project from land acquisition and early-stage feasibility analysis to product creation, marketing, and overall sales strategy. Scott’s passion not only for the financial success of development but also for its impact on the local community and the lives of those living there has been a central piece of how Condo Culture has helped build key relationships, foster trust, and cultivate record-breaking, industry-leading development projects.
