Rafael Gonchor

Rafael Gonchor has been in the technology industry since 2000. Rafael began their career as a Senior Programmer at Ignis Game. In 2006, they joined Techfront Studios as a Senior Programmer and was responsible for the development of Flash based games, the TDSE engine for Nintendo DS and porting of titles for the DS platform. In 2011, they moved to Quepasa Games S/S Ltda as Lead Front-end Developer. Subsequently, they joined PSafe Technology, Inc. and held three roles - Director of Mobile and Endpoints, Mobile Development Team Lead and Senior Programmer. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at CondoConta.

Rafael Gonchor obtained a Bachelor in Computer Science from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná between 2002 and 2007. Rafael then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus in Gestão de Equipes de Alto Desempenho from Instituto Euvaldo Lodi de Santa Catarina from 2018 to 2019.
