Sameer Malik

Sameer Malik is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Brigient Technology Solutions Incorporated since March 2014, Sameer also holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Condominium Authority of Ontario. Previous roles include a member of the Board of Directors at Tarion Warranty Corporation, and serving as CISO and Executive Vice President at Valencia Risk, where responsibilities included advising on cybersecurity and information technology initiatives. Earlier career highlights include senior management positions at LCBO, B2B Bank, and Express Scripts Canada, showcasing a strong track record in infrastructure management and security strategy. Sameer holds an Honours BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto Mississauga and has completed post-diploma studies in International Business Management at Seneca Polytechnic.
