Matthieu van der Vloed

Matthieu Van Der Vloed serves as the Head of HR at Condor Group since November 2023, contributing to high-quality Dutch textile solutions. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Envalior, and at DSM, where Matthieu held positions such as Global HR Business Partner from April 2016 to April 2023. Matthieu also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Altran Benelux, focusing on talent development and wellbeing. At Accenture, Matthieu held multiple roles from April 2010 to March 2015, including HR Business Partner for various business units and Talent Supply Chain Lead for the Technology Growth Platform in the Netherlands. Early career experience includes HR Officer at Deltion College and an internship at The Phone House NL BV. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Labour Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Windesheim, complemented by further education at Cornell University.
