Louay Jouaneh

Louay Jouaneh is an experienced professional in civil works estimating and construction inspection. Louay started their career in 1999 as a Site Inspector at the Region of Peel. In 2000, they joined Rand Engineering as a Site Engineer / Project Manager, where they were responsible for civil construction inspection and contract administrative duties. Since 2014, Louay has been working at Condrain Group, initially as an Estimator and later as the Chief Estimator. In their current role, they handle civil works estimating for both private and public sector projects, including reviewing drawings, tender documents, and subcontractor quotes, as well as estimating total costs for labor, equipment, and materials. Their expertise lies in various aspects of civil works, such as earthworks, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, road construction, and water mains.

Louay Jouaneh completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Toronto from 1995 to 1999. In 2006, they obtained a certification from the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).
