Jessica Rizzo (L'Heureux) has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jessica started their career at Sodexo Health Care, where they worked in strategic alliances for nine years. Jessica then joined SpecialtyCare as the Director of Strategic Accounts, responsible for national business development and sales operations for multiple service lines. After that, they moved to Soriant Solutions, where they held positions as Senior Director and later as Vice President of Client Solutions. Currently, Jessica is the National Vice President of Purchased Services Strategy at Conductiv, where they lead the procurement intelligence and spend expertise team.
Jessica Rizzo (L'Heureux) obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati in 2002. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications. Jessica earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Hawkeye Business Solutions in October 2017, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the same institution in September 2016, and an Account Management certification from Kennesaw State University in April 2016.
