Ashok Swaminathan

Ashok Swaminathan, CFA, is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in managing large teams and complex operations. Currently serving as Director of Accounting Services at Conduent since July 2016, Ashok oversees a global team of 650 individuals, delivering critical financial services to diverse clients across various industries. Previous roles include Senior Project Management Consultant, where Ashok led the development of financial pricing models, and Director of Implementation, focusing on validating financial models and creating operational playbooks. Prior to Conduent, Ashok spent over a decade at Xerox Commercial Solutions, managing service delivery and project management in a multi-national context. Ashok holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Madras.
