Cristina Teter

Cristina Teter is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong focus on executive talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Search at Conduent, Cristina is responsible for building an enterprise-wide executive search capability. Previously, Cristina held the position of Senior Manager, Global Executive Talent Acquisition at Microsoft, leading recruitment efforts across various sectors. Cristina has also built executive search capabilities at Baker Hughes and managed enterprise-wide executive recruiting teams at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and Andeavor. Earlier roles include managerial and technical recruitment positions at Tesoro, USAA, BAE Systems, and Triple Crown Consulting, complemented by a BBA in Marketing from St. Edward's University.
