Damon Barber

Damon Barber is a seasoned professional in client management and customer experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Conduent since January 2023. Prior to this role, Damon held the position of Regional Manager of Operations at Ciox Health from August 2021 to January 2023. Damon also served as Client Relations Manager at CareTech Solutions, where responsibility included ensuring positive client interactions and understanding client needs. At Xerox, from 2006 to October 2018, Damon progressed through several key roles, culminating in the role of National Service Delivery Manager, where oversight of national account operations and client relationship management strategies were paramount.
