Dharma Rajagopalan

Dharma Rajagopalan is an experienced executive in operations and management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for both Commercial Solutions and Transportation Solutions at Conduent since January 2017. Prior roles at Conduent include Group President of Commercial Solutions and Global Head of Transaction Processing Services. Previously, Dharma held several leadership positions at Xerox from June 2007 to December 2016, including Vice President of Operations, where oversight of a $300M annual revenue P&L in Communication and Marketing Services was a key responsibility. Dharma also contributed as SBU Manager, managing a $42M budget and operations across multiple states. Earlier experience includes a position as Service Delivery Manager/Test and Development Engineer at SMC Inc, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Madras.
