Ericka Monroy

Ericka Monroy is an experienced professional in the field of AI and project development. Currently serving as an Executive AI Partner at TELUS International AI Data Solutions since November 2021, Ericka focuses on enhancing machine learning models through a global community of annotators and linguists. From 2019 to 2020, Ericka contributed as a staff member at Enactus Unicatt, working on projects aimed at creating sustainable impacts aligned with the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Previously, Ericka held the position of Customer Service Agent at Conduent in early 2018. Ericka holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, completed in July 2021.
