Henry Charles Pacia

Henry Charles Pacia is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Conduent since September 2011, Henry has honed skills in networking and systems administration. Prior to this role, Henry worked as an IT Desktop Engineer at ACS, a Xerox Company, where responsibilities included providing on-site support for desktop and hardware issues, software installation, and basic network and server administration. Henry began the career as a Technical Support Representative at Sykes, focusing on customer connectivity issues related to DSL service. Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Bulacan State University, completed from 2001 to 2006.
