Lionel Hector

Lionel Hector serves as an Operations Manager at Conduent since November 2018, overseeing all Dubai Maintenance Operations for the Dubai Bus and Dubai Parks Payment System. Responsibilities include managing maintenance for over 6000 assets and ensuring the successful setup of Dubai operations for the Payment System. Previously held the role of Project Manager, focusing on payment processing for the Dubai RTA, where accomplishments include the installation and maintenance of validators in Volvo Buses and the adjustment of project milestones during the Covid19 Pandemic. Prior experience includes roles at Schneider Electric, where Lionel contributed to cost reduction strategies and production efficiency, and as an Industrial Engineering Technician at Meca 13 and Airbus, where improvements were made in manufacturing processes and training documentation. Education includes a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Industrial Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a DUT in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Montpellier.
