William Thompson

William (Bill) Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and client development across global markets. Currently serving as the Global Director for Solution Architecture & Client Solution Development at Conduent since September 2018, Thompson leads a team of Solution Architects to enhance enterprise customer experience strategies and successfully executed win plans to boost contract win rates. Previously, at Sutherland, Thompson held multiple roles including Senior Director and Account Manager, focusing on performance management of telecom and chat support services, and was instrumental in delivering impactful RFP responses. Earlier experience includes managing significant revenue accounts at Stream Global Services and overseeing data collection operations at ORC Macro, showcasing a consistent track record of operational excellence and team mentorship throughout a career spanning over two decades. Thompson holds a Diploma in General Studies from AuSable Valley High.
