Toni Gadberry

Toni Gadberry has a strong background in healthcare technology and operations. Toni most recently worked as the Director of Operations and Technology at Conduit Health Partners, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Technology and Analytics at the same company from October 2020 to June 2023. Before joining Conduit Health Partners, Toni worked for Mercy Health as an EHR Manager from December 2017 to December 2019, and as an Epic Application Coordinator from January 2016 to December 2017. Toni also gained experience at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as an Epic ASAP EMR-Analyst from April 2014 to January 2016, and as a Clinical Systems Support Specialist from May 2013 to April 2014. Additionally, Toni worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at UC Health from December 2005 to May 2013, and at St. Elizabeth Healthcare from February 2007 to November 2012. Toni started their career as a Student Respiratory Therapist at St. Claire Regional Medical Center from June 2004 to December 2005.

Toni Gadberry received their Associate of Applied Science degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from Ashland Community and Technical College in 2003-2005. Toni then obtained several certifications such as Basic Life Support Provider from the American Heart Association in January 2004, Ohio Respiratory Care Professional License from the Ohio Respiratory Care Board in December 2005, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider from the American Heart Association in December 2005. Toni also became a Registered Respiratory Therapist certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care in June 2006 and obtained the Kentucky Respiratory Care Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care in February 2007. In terms of higher education, Toni earned their Bachelor of Health Science degree from Northern Kentucky University in 2008-2010. Toni then pursued a Master of Science degree in Health Informatics from the same university between 2012 and 2014.
