Tonya Gierzak

Tonya Gierzak is an experienced nursing professional specializing in triage and virtual care. Currently serving as an RN Triage Specialist and VCC Service Line Lead at Conduit Health Partners since September 2018, Tonya has a strong background in virtual care coordination. Prior to this role, Tonya worked as a Virtual Care RN and in the Transfer Center at The Jewish Hospital from August 1998 to September 2018. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and an Associate's degree in Nursing from Kettering College.
