Sera Evcimen

Sera Evcimen is a highly experienced founder and hardware development strategist, currently leading Pratik since November 2022, where a tailored approach to startups is emphasized through roles such as fractional-CTO/COO and project management. Sera serves as a Deep Tech Subject Matter Expert for climate tech startups and as an Innovation Advisor at FORGE, advancing product development. Recognition as an All-Star Mentor In-Residence at Techstars highlights involvement in supporting hardware tech companies. Previous experience includes technical program management roles at Toyota Research Institute and Accion Systems, along with system integration leadership at Commonwealth Fusion Systems. Sera holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
