Tim Stonelake

Tim Stonelake is a seasoned professional specializing in Engineering, Design, and Product consulting for early-stage hardware startups, currently serving as Principal at Stonelake Consulting since August 2022. As a Fellow at Conduit Venture Labs since September 2023, Tim brings extensive experience from previous leadership roles at Latch from 2016 to 2022, where responsibilities included VP of Special Projects, VP of Hardware Product, and VP of Hardware Engineering, among others. Tim's background also includes positions at Bose Corporation, Penn State University, and Lutron Electronics, showcasing a robust expertise in mechanical engineering and acoustics, supported by a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in Acoustics from Penn State University.
