Cole Rubin

Cole R. is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in real estate and technology. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Conduit, an AI agent platform launched in December 2023, Cole R. previously held the position of Managing Partner and CEO at ekwedē group, where leadership facilitated the development of $18.5 million in single-family homes across 28 properties. In earlier roles, Cole R. contributed significantly as an Acquisitions Analyst at The Bascom Group, assisting in the completion of $240 million in multifamily acquisitions, and as an Underwriting Intern at 5Arch Funding, where involvement included underwriting complex multifamily loans. Cole R. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Chapman University and has a diploma from TVT Community Day School.
