Luis Fabre Pruneda is a graduate in Economics from the Anahuac University and has specializations in the National Polytechnic Institute, the National Techno-economy Program and the World Bank. He worked at Nacional Financiera and at Financiera Nacional Azucarera. In the Chamber of Deputies he served as economic adviser and secretary of the Treasury and Public Credit Commission. In the newspaper El Financiero he was coordinator of the area of analysis and essayist. At Banco Obrero he served as Director of Systems and Material Resources. At Banco Mexicano Somex he was Executive Director of Administration and Sole Administrator. Likewise, Mr. Fabre has 12 years of experience as an official of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP).
