Alison Sigmon

Alison Sigmon, PhD, PMP, is an experienced professional in program management and digital strategy, currently serving as the Senior Program Manager for Precision Health at Cone Health since May 2017. In this role, Alison focuses on the growth and management of the GeneConnect 100K person research study and related programs. Previous experience includes significant roles in the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, where Alison developed strategic business cases and managed program startups. As the Founder and Creative Director of Access Strategies, LLC, Alison specializes in digital content strategy and facilitates training in various skills. Additionally, Alison has held positions at Systemation, The Outdoor Shopper, and Tokii, demonstrating expertise in project management, user experience design, and e-commerce. Military service includes roles in the US Air Force and US Air Force Reserve as an Operations Officer. Educational background includes a BA in English from The University of Georgia, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from The Citadel, and a PhD in Leadership Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
