Cindy Minter has over 37 years of experience in the information technology field, primarily at Cone Health since October 1986. Currently serving as a Senior Application Analyst in Enterprise Resource Planning, Cindy is responsible for implementing new business processes and upgrades to ERP systems, focusing on the automation of back office functions. Previous roles include Systems Analyst II, where Cindy designed and supported various applications, and PC Specialist, responsible for configuring and maintaining systems. Early career experience includes working as a Computer Operator at both Cone Health and Penn National Insurance, ensuring the operation of computer room equipment and the distribution of reports. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Money & Finance from Guilford College and an Associate in Specialized Business in Computer Science from Central Pennsylvania College.
