Felice Jones-Lee

Felice Jones-Lee is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality management and risk management. Currently serving as the System-Wide Director of Risk Management at Cone Health since December 2022, Felice also holds the position of Chief Quality Officer at Harlem Hospital Center, a role maintained since November 2020. Previous roles include Director of Quality Assurance at Children's Community Services Inc., EVP of Quality Assurance & Utilization Review at Nassau University Medical Center, and Director of Quality & Risk Management at Long Island Select Healthcare, Inc.
