Lindsay Westbrooks MSN, BSN, RN has extensive nursing experience, currently serving as a Utilization Review RN Denials Specialist at Cone Health since May 2019, following previous roles as a Utilization Review Nurse and Urgent Care Nurse. Prior to this, Lindsay worked at Duke University Health System from August 2014 to August 2018 as an Ambulatory Care Nurse IV and Team Lead, as well as an Infusion Nurse. Earlier experience includes positions as a Triage Nurse at UNC Health Care and as a Case Manager at Hospice of Alamance-Caswell County. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department at Alamance Regional Medical Center and Registered Nurse positions at Physicians East and Chapel Hill Pediatrics. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Liberty University (2020-2022), a BSN from East Carolina University, and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Guilford Technical Community College.
