Shelby Graff

Shelby Graff, MPH, CPH, is a Public Health Epidemiologist at Cone Health, responsible for coordinating active surveillance of notifiable conditions and conducting syndromic surveillance within the emergency department patient population. Prior experience includes serving as an Epidemiologist at the S.C. Department of Health & Environmental Control, where Shelby provided outbreak investigation consultation and oversight during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier roles include Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Miami, Summer Intern at the Miami-Dade Department of Health, and various sales positions, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to public health. Shelby holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from the University of Miami and a Graduate Certificate in Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases from the University of South Florida.
