Stephanie Lichiello

Stephanie Lichiello, MA, MBA, CPXP, currently serves as the Senior Patient Experience Manager at Cone Health, where responsibilities include designing a customized and meaningful patient and family experience while equipping senior leadership with crucial data and tools to foster a patient-centric culture. Previously, Stephanie worked at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist as a psychologist, providing psychosocial support to cancer patients and their families. Early roles included positions as a psychologist trainee and psychosocial oncology intern at Appalachian State University, along with research and psychometric responsibilities at VCU Health. Stephanie holds an MBA in Leadership & Strategy from Wake Forest University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Appalachian State University, complemented by a postbaccalaureate certificate in Gerontology and Aging Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Mary Washington.
