Tracey Grayzer

President, Impact Alamance at Cone Health

Tracey Grayzer is the president of Impact Alamance. She joined Impact Alamance in 2013, and has executive leadership responsibility for the $60 million foundation created as part of the merger between Alamance Regional Medical Center and Cone Health.

Grayzer joined Alamance Regional Medical Center in 2004 as the assistant director of public relations. She was promoted to director of public relations and eventually director of marketing, community relations and development.

Grayzer earned a dual master's degree in business and health administration from Pfeiffer University, and a bachelor's degree in journalism from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

Grayzer is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She has been named one of the Triad’s 40 Leaders Under 40 and a Woman Extraordinaire by Biz Leader Magazine. She is chairwoman of the North Carolina Network of Grantmakers Education Funders. She also serves on the board of directors of the New Leaf Society. Grayzer is a member of the advisory board of the Boys and Girls Club, Alamance Achieves Steering Committee and the Alamance Chamber Women’s Symposium Steering Committee. She is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Alamance.
