Christopher Hanewald

Christopher Hanewald serves as General Counsel at Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions since November 2023, providing legal support for procurement, IT, and customer contracting in an international manufacturing context. Previously, Christopher was General Counsel at IMC Companies, overseeing legal matters for a privately owned organization with $1.3 billion in sales. Prior experience includes roles as Strategic Tax Advisor and Associate Attorney, with significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, tax advisory, corporate governance, and real estate transactions. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rhodes College.
