Jeff Kalata

Jeff Kalata is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in tax accounting and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax at Con Edison since March 2013, Jeff Kalata leads the Income Tax Accounting and Compliance functions while developing internal controls and staff technical knowledge. Previously, Jeff Kalata held the position of Director of Tax at FirstEnergy from October 1999 to December 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing tax accounting and enhancing reporting systems. Jeff Kalata also contributed to process improvements as Assistant Controller at FirstEnergy. Earlier career experience includes serving as Group Accounting Manager at North American Refractories Co. and as Assurance Senior Manager at PwC. Jeff Kalata holds a BSBA in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
