Rebecca Lessem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, product management, and clean energy initiatives. Currently serving as the Department Manager for Clean Energy Digital Products at Con Edison, Rebecca is focused on creating digital products that facilitate a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. Prior roles include Section Manager at Con Edison, VP of Customer Experience at Salido, and Head of Product Training and Customer Enablement at Panopto, where Rebecca developed innovative training programs and customer feedback systems. Additionally, Rebecca held product management roles at Macmillan and The Princeton Review, overseeing educational technology products and editorial projects, while also contributing as an Editor for K12 textbooks at McGraw Hill.
