Daniele Aloi

Daniele Aloi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Daniele is currently the Founder and Administrator at Conero Beauty, a natural cosmetics company that aims to bring excellence to the Italian cosmetic market and promote the natural heritage of the Marche region. Prior to this, they worked as a Partnership & Program Manager at Google, where they managed partnerships and programs. Daniele also gained experience as a consultant in reputation management, communication, HR, and CSR at Reputation Institute. Daniele has also worked in the public sector, serving as Affari Statutari at Assolombarda and as part of the Enterprises, Territory, and Market development team at the Camera di Commercio Industria Artigianato e Agricoltura di Milano. Daniele has also worked as a Government & Public Sector Consultant at EY, providing technical assistance and conducting research and impact assessments on EU directives and programs. Daniele started their career as an intern at the European Commission and has volunteered at Fundación Pequeños Hogares.

Daniele Aloi has an extensive education history. Daniele obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finanza from Università Bocconi in 2013. In the same year, they also participated in a Campus Abroad Program at The University of Queensland, focusing on Accounting of Industries Specification. In 2014, they completed an Exchange Semester at Hitotsubashi University, specializing in the School of International and Public Policy.

Continuing their studies, Daniele pursued a Master's Degree in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Institutions from Università Bocconi from 2013 to 2015. Later, in 2017, they attended 24ORE Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Master gestione e strategie d'impresa.

Furthermore, Daniele has gained additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained a DFP (Diplome de Français Professionnel B2) from Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France. Daniele also attained a BEC Higher (Business English Certificate C1) from Cambridge English Language Assessment in the same year. Additionally, Daniele holds an ECDL core (European Computer Driving Licence) certification.

During their high school years, Daniele attended Liceo Scientifico from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued scientific studies. Daniele also participated in two high school exchange programs, one at Lycée Alain Borne, Montélimar, France in 2007 and another at Koningin Wilhelmina College, Culemborg, NL in 2006.
