Dustin Matos

Dustin Matos has a diverse background in marketing and graphic design. Dustin currently holds the position of Director of Marketing at Conest Software Systems since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President & CEO of Psynthesis Creative, a company providing graphic design, web design, and search engine optimization services. At Psynthesis Creative, they worked with various clients to design websites, marketing strategies, book layouts, and marketing collateral.

Before joining Psynthesis Creative, Dustin worked as a Marketing Manager at Kanomax USA, Inc., where they were responsible for re-designing the company's B2B website and coordinating annual exhibitions at national conferences. Dustin also served as the Graphic Design Manager at Maharishi International University, leading sales initiatives and redesigning admissions materials.

Dustin's early experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Maharishi International University. Overall, they have a strong background in marketing, graphic design, web design, and sales initiatives.

Dustin Matos obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Anthem Institute-Parsippany, attending from 2008 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media and Communications from Maharishi International University, studying from 2012 to 2014.
