Amanda Fudge

Amanda Fudge has extensive experience working in library services and information management. Amanda'smost recent position was as a Business Technologist at Conestoga College, where they focused on library services. Prior to that, they served as the Library Services Coordinator at the Waterloo Campus of Conestoga College. Amanda also worked as a Library Technician at Conestoga College, where they assisted patrons with accessing library resources and managed patron records.

In addition to their work at Conestoga College, Amanda held various roles in different organizations. Amanda was a Warehouse Associate at Stag Shop - The Adult Fun Store, a Library Manager / Executive Director at Waterloo Region Law Association, a Library Assistant at Waterloo Region Law Association, a Library Technician at Conestoga College, a Reading Club Facilitator at Idea Exchange, a Supply Librarian/Library Technician at Waterloo Catholic District School Board, a Library Services Volunteer at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, a Library Technician at Hamilton Health Sciences, an Assistant Reference Librarian at Health Canada Library, and a Closet Collection Volunteer at Pride Library at Western University.

Throughout their career, Amanda has displayed a dedication to providing excellent customer service, organizing and managing library resources, and supporting the needs of library users.

Amanda Fudge has a diverse education history. In 2010, they obtained their MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science) degree with a focus on Library and Information Science from Western University. Prior to that, they completed an Honors B.A. in Criminology with a concentration in Law at Carleton University from 2007 to 2010. Amanda also holds a Paralegal Diploma in Law & Security Administration, which they acquired from Loyalist College between 2005 and 2007. Amanda'ssecondary education consists of an OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) from Nantyr Shores Secondary School, where they completed their studies from 1999 to 2003.

Additionally, Amanda has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. Some of these certifications include "Writing Email," "Three Steps to Mental Well Being at Work," "Body Language Essentials for the Working Professional," and "Foundations of Accessible Elearning," among others. These certifications reflect their commitment to professional development and acquiring additional skills in various areas.
