Chrl Andrea Emile-Dodge

Andrea Emile-Dodge, CHRL has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Andrea has been with Conestoga College since 2016, starting as a Human Resources Business Partner and eventually moving up to the role of Associate Director, HR Advisors & Labour Relations. In this position, Andrea is responsible for providing guidance and support to the HR Advisors and managing labour relations within the organization. Prior to joining Conestoga College, they worked at Tenneco as a Human Resources Generalist for six years, from 2010 to 2016. Andrea also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Jefferson Elora Corporation from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their corporate roles, Andrea has also worked as a part-time instructor at Conestoga College from 2018 to 2019. Overall, Andrea's work experience demonstrates their expertise in various aspects of Human Resources and their commitment to continuous professional development.

Andrea Emile-Dodge, CHRL has a solid education background in the field of Human Resources. In 2007, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College ITAL. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph from 2000 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Andrea Emile-Dodge also holds a certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Andrea obtained this certification in October 2009.
