Erika Ellis has had a diverse work experience across various organizations. Erika started their career at RBC as a Lending Officer from April 1988 to May 1991. Erika then worked at Core Literacy as a Program Coordinator from June 1994 to April 1996. Following that, they joined the John Howard Society and served as an Assessment Placement Officer from January 1996 to September 1996, an Employment Training Coordinator from September 1996 to February 1997, and an Institutional Services Coordinator from February 1997 to March 1998. Erika then joined Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning as an Employment Training Consultant from March 1998 to July 2001. Erika also worked as a Programs Administrator in the School of Business from July 2001 to July 2002. Erika returned to Conestoga College in a different role as a Programs Administrator in Continuing Education, serving from 2003 to 2005. After this, they worked at the Grand River Baroque Festival as an Administrator from February 2009 to November 2010. Erika then joined Masri O Architects as an Office Administrator from October 2009 to August 2014. Currently, Erika is working at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning as an Employer Liaison for Employer Engagement in the Talent Hub since September 2014.
