Lauren Scapinello

Lauren Scapinello is a Post Secondary Health and Wellness Administrator and a Student Success Services, Customer Care Specialist at Conestoga College since February 2018. Lauren is also currently working as an Invigilator at Conestoga College starting from September 2019. Prior to their work at Conestoga College, Lauren was an Office Manager at Steven Traplin Corporation from an unknown start date until February 2018.

Lauren Scapinello attended Conestoga College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Lauren obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including Soch Mental Health Training from Conestoga College in March 2023, Psychological First Aid - Self-Care from the Canadian Red Cross in June 2022, Safe talk from LivingWorks in May 2019, Intercultural Customer Service from Conestoga College in April 2019, and Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada in July 2018.
