Lindsay C Weber

Lindsay C Weber has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Barn Manager at Horseback Adventures. In 2005, they became a Resident Advisor at the University of Windsor and later progressed to the role of Community Assistant in Residence Services. In 2008, they joined the University of Windsor as the Public Education Director of the Emergency Response Team and also worked as a Golf Course Administrator and Pro Shop Assistant at the City of Kitchener.

In 2011, Lindsay joined Homewood Health as a Service Provider Network Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator in Human Resources. Lindsay C was later promoted to Manager of the Service Provider Network and then to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Lindsay C was responsible for recruitment, retention, and engagement of service providers and counsellors for different mental healthcare programs.

In 2020, Lindsay joined CarePartners as a Talent Acquisition Partner before being promoted to Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they oversaw day-to-day recruitment operations and made recommendations on hiring decisions and processes.

Currently, Lindsay works at Conestoga College as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Lindsay C Weber's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Eastwood Collegiate. Lindsay C completed their studies at Eastwood Collegiate in 2002, although the specific degree they earned is not provided. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Windsor in 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology in 2009. Most recently, in 2021, Lindsay pursued a Masters of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, which they completed in 2022.
