Paul Jason Dela Cruz has extensive experience in the meat processing and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Butcher at Conestoga Meats since July 2022, Paul previously held the position of Head Butcher at Rublou Meat Products and Abattoir. Earlier career highlights include roles as a Bartender and Head Bartender in various establishments such as CÉ LA VI, The Roadhouse Manila Bay, Wolfgang's Steakhouse Philippines, and Galaxy Macau. Paul has also demonstrated leadership skills as a Shift Supervisor at Chili's and as an Operations Team Leader at Pizza Hut, alongside experience as a Guest Service Associate at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
