Miranda McClellan, M.Ed, has extensive experience in special education and coaching. Since August 2011, Miranda has served as both an Assistant Field Hockey Coach and a Special Education Teacher at Conestoga Valley School District. Prior to this role, Miranda worked as a Special Education Teacher at Progressions School from August 2008 to June 2011 and at the Hawaii State Department of Education from June 2007 to June 2008. Miranda holds a Master of Education degree from Gratz College, obtained between 2010 and 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and Teaching from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2006.

Conestoga Valley School District is a multiple Keystone Award-winning public school district that serves a unique and changing population of some 4,300 students in grades K-12. Located just east of Lancaster City, the CV community has a population of approximately 31,000 residents living in a mix of urban areas, suburban neighborhoods, small towns and rural farmland across 56-square mile area in East Lampeter, Upper Leacock and West Earl Townships.
