Vicki Treadway has extensive experience in educational technology and teaching, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Elementary Technology Coach and Technology Support Specialist at Conestoga Valley School District since August 2015, Vicki focuses on maintaining technology equipment and supporting teachers, staff, and students in integrating technology into their classrooms. Prior to this role, Vicki worked as a Technology Integration Specialist at Unionville Chadds Ford School District from August 1997 to August 2015, where responsibilities included helping educators effectively incorporate technology into their teaching. Vicki's teaching career began at Octorara Area School District as both a Kindergarten and 3rd Grade Teacher from August 1993 to June 1996. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

Conestoga Valley School District is a multiple Keystone Award-winning public school district that serves a unique and changing population of some 4,300 students in grades K-12. Located just east of Lancaster City, the CV community has a population of approximately 31,000 residents living in a mix of urban areas, suburban neighborhoods, small towns and rural farmland across 56-square mile area in East Lampeter, Upper Leacock and West Earl Townships. CV is known for its excellent and caring teaching staff and strong academic programs. At the elementary level, students are offered full-day kindergarten and benefit from a comprehensive curriculum of math, language arts, science and social studies, as well as music, art and physical education programs.
