Kevin Shope

Kevin Shope is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer currently employed at Conestoga Wood Specialties since October 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Primary Engineer and Project Manager at Kalas Manufacturing, Inc., where leadership in cross-functional team projects contributed to the acquisition of major OEM customers. As Engineering Manager at Kalas, Kevin expanded the engineering department to meet rising customer demands and pioneered the integration of 3D CAD modeling. Earlier roles include Senior Staff Engineer at ITT Industries, where responsibilities encompassed product engineering for industrial valve lines and the implementation of CFD analysis software. Kevin has also served as Engineering Manager at HDJ Co., directing engineering and manufacturing staff, and holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
