Keith McAnear

Keith McAnear has over 17 years of professional experience in the technology and information security fields. Keith began their career in 2005 as a Campus Technology Leader and Teacher and Technology Advocate at Lubbock ISD. In 2013, they became an UB MediaQuest Instructor at Texas Tech University. In 2014, Keith joined CTSI as a Senior Network Specialist, Senior Server Specialist, and ROC Specialist. In 2016, they became a Network Security Engineer at Northwest ISD. In 2017, they returned to CTSI as a Senior Information Security Specialist and Network Security Specialist. In 2021, they joined Shaw Systems Associates, LLC as a Director/Architect of Information Security. Keith also worked as a Standards Analyst at HITRUST and as an Information/Account Security Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (GMS) for Advantage Technical. Currently, Keith is a Senior Network Engineer at CoNetrix.

Keith McAnear's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2005. Keith then went on to obtain a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Instructional Leadership from Lubbock Christian University between 2008 and 2011.
