Ana Landeira

Ana Landeira is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in various roles within mental health and people management. Currently, Ana serves as a clinical psychologist at Conexa since November 2025, following a position at Zenklub from May 2024 to November 2025. Previous experience includes working as a psychologist at Espaço Flex from January 2021 to February 2023 and as a Conflict Mediator and People Manager at the Regional Development Forum from March 2019 to March 2020. Ana also contributed as a psychologist at the SPA (Applied Psychology Service) within the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro between January 2017 and December 2018. Ana holds a degree in Gestão de Pessoas, Psicologia Industrial e Organizacional from Estácio, completed between 2019 and 2021, and additional educational qualifications from Estácio and ETEFEV - FAETEC.
