Lucas Passos

Lucas Passos is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in data analytics and IT management. Currently serving as Diretor de Tecnologia and Head of Data at Conexa since September 2022, Lucas previously held the position of Data Analytics Lead at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where responsibilities included setting the data analytics strategy and leading a multi-regional team. Additional roles include IT Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Head of Technology at JLT Brasil, and Network and Security Expert at Atos, where Lucas contributed to significant projects such as the network security strategy for the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Business Analytics from the Polytechnic School of UFRJ, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário UniCarioca.
