Paula Brasiel Pereira dos Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Paula Brasiel Pereira dos Santos began their education history in 2002 at Colégio São Miguel Arcanjo, where they completed their elementary and high school studies. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. In 2013, they pursued postgraduate studies in Health Informatics at Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, which they completed in 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Paula has obtained two additional certifications. In 2019, they completed Basic Training in Customer Success at Associação Brasil. More recently, in 2023, they achieved a Council of Europe Level C1 certification in English from EEPIC Inglês Independente.
