Samantha Albuquerque has a diverse work experience across various companies and industries. Samantha started their career as an Intern at Companhia Vale do Rio Doce in 2005 and then moved on to work as an Associate Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 2006 to 2009. Samantha later joined Hewlett-Packard as an MBA Student Project from February 2010 to April 2010. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Summer Intern at Johnson & Johnson from June 2010 to August 2010.
Samantha continued their journey with Johnson & Johnson, taking up different roles in the marketing department. Samantha worked as an MBA Brand Manager for Band-Aid from August 2011 to December 2011. Samantha later became the Brand Manager for JOHNSON'S BABY AND BODY CARE LATAM from January 2012 onwards. In 2014, they switched to a role as a Sr. Brand Manager/Marketing Manager for BODY CARE LATAM and held this position until 2016. From December 2017 to May 2020, they served as the Global Marketing Manager for Stayfree/Carefree & Femcare Sustainability lead at Johnson & Johnson.
Samantha then joined Dafiti, an e-commerce company, as the CMO of the Dafiti Group from May 2020 to September 2021. Following that, they co-founded Sua LUZ in October 2021 and remained in that role until December 2022.
Currently, Samantha Albuquerque is the CMO at Conexa, a position they have held since February 2023.
Samantha Albuquerque completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2006 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. Following their qualifications in this field, Samantha went on to study at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2009 to 2011. During this period, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing.
